Feasibility study of concession for Lviv municipal heating system

As a matter of fact, the project has been one of the first attempts in Ukraine to introduce concession as an alternative to communal operator of the heating enterprise.

Euro-Ukraina Consulting was in charge of legal and technical parts of the feasibility study, and of raising awareness about the advantages of private operation of the enterprise on the basis of concession.
At the second stage of the project, recommendations have been prepared by the French and Ukrainian experts as to the institutional and financial structure of the possible concession project.
